It's easy to find a bra that will fit you perfectly at Plus Size Bras.

All you need is a tape measure, pen and paper and to follow these super simply instructions. (To ensure your measurements are accurate measure twice just to be sure).

Measure your ribcage aka underbust

Measuring your ribcage gives you the 'dress size'. This measurement will tell you if you're a size 12 or 22.

1. Wrap the tape measure tightly against your underbust (think of where the bra band usually sits)

2. Make sure the tape measure is as straight as possible (no dips) and paralel to the ground.

3. Find your measurements on the table below, and that will give you your band size:

1. Wrap the tape measure around your fullest part of your bust(usually over the nipple), while wearing a comfortable unpadded bra.

2. The tape measure should be as straight as possible (no dips) paralel to the floor.

So now you have your band/dress size and your cup size. What happens if you want to go up or down a band or cup size? Or if you are borderline sizes. As you can see there is a little wriggle room. But be careful when you change sizes the coresponding cup size can go up or down by 4 variations. For example if your underbust measurement is 107cm you are a size 22-24, and the overbust measurement is 125cm you could wear a 22E, 22F or 24D, 24DD, it simply depends on your body type.

You've done the hard bit.

Brief sizes are much more straightforward. Simply measure the width of your hips at the widest part. This does not include your saddlebags.

1. The tape measure should be gently resting against your body, not tight, but not loose.

2. The tape measure should be as straight as possible (no dips) parelel to the floor.

3. Measure around the fullest part of your hips.

4. Find your measurements on the table below, and that will give you your bottom size.
