DISPATCH

• We currently stock 80% of our inventory which can be dispatched on the same day. Additionally, we have items that ship directly from our vendors, and they will arrive separately if ordered with other items. Tracking information will be emailed.  
• A size that is marked as back-order typically takes 7-10 additional days to ship, and the customer will receive a tracking email once the shipment has been sent.
• All orders received before 12 noon are usually shipped on the same day. But we may occasionally experience delay from 1-2 days depending on the volume of the orders that need to be handled. Christmas and Boxing Date shipping may delay.
• Orders received after 12 noon will be shipped the next business day.
• We endeavourer to make sure that all product information listed on our website are as accurate as possible. If an item you order is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order you will be notified within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item or a refund. 

AUSTRALIAN DELIVERY

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA?

• If you spend over $100, shipping is free!
• If you spend less then $100, enjoy our discounted shipping rate at $8.50 (Australia only)
• Express Post (Australia only) at $12.50 (for parcels less than 3kg) and delivery is guaranteed within 1-3 days in CBD. 2-5 days for remote area.(Currently Australia post is experiencing some delay and they may not be able to guarantee express delivery within 1-3 days and may need slightly longer.)

NEW ZEALAND DELIVERY

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY TO NEW ZEALAND?

• If you spend over $100, shipping is free!
• If you spend less then $100, enjoy our discounted shipping rate at $11.50 (Est.7-14 days)
• Express Post for New Zealand at $19.50 (for parcels less than 3kg) and delivery is estimate within 3-5 business days. 

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA?

• Shipping may have a slight delay due to the current Covic 19 situation. Tracking is always provided.
• Shipping internationally from (1-10 items) at $19.00, and (11-20 items) at $29.00 (10-14 days+)
• Every International package is tracked and requires your signature upon receipt. Due to the differences in international law, Plus Size Bras cannot predict customs charges, customs charges and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

• All packages include a tracking. When your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking number. Please make sure the email address you enter is correct.
• If you'd like to follow the progress of your order head to the Australia Post website here.
• Enter your tracking number and track the status of your order.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

• Domestic order: All domestic order are sent by Australia Postal Service.
• Standard: 3-6 working days+ for Metro (Country + 2 to 3 days)
• Express 1-3 working days for Metro (Country + 2 to 3 days)
• NZ order: All NZ order are sent by Australia Post Registered International Postal Service and express postal, the delivery time frame for regular parcel is around 7-14 days, express is around 3-6 days.
• International order: All international order are sent by Australia Post Registered International Postal Service, the delivery time frame is around 8-14 days.

FRAUD

• In order to protect our customers, Plus Size Bras monitors for potential credit card fraud and identity theft. We reserve the right to request additional information to verify the customer's identity. In cases where the order may be fraudulent, the package will not be shipped until the billing information has been successfully verified. Any attempted illegal fraudulent order and credit card fraud will be reported to the relevant authorities.
