Returns with Plus Size Bras are simple
At Plus Size Bras's, we understand that finding the perfect bra or bathing suit can take a little trial and error, hence, Plus SIze Bras has a '30 Days Easy Return for Store Credit Policy' and this policy allow you to return an item within 30 days of purchase, to receive a store credit of value equivalent to the purchase price to re-order with a different size or style. Follow these simple steps for an easy re-order and exchange. Please note, Plus Size Bras can’t accept exchanges via our online store, you'll need to place a new order (using the store credit you receive for the returned item/s). Plus size bras do not accept return for a refund for change of mind or wrong choices, and we reserve the right not to accept any returns and offer a store credit if the garments are uncleaned, has been washed, worn, used, with perfume on, or with signed of manual tore.
1. Print out our Returns Form. You can find the JPG here.
2. Your return parcel should include:
+ The item/s you are returning (items must be in a saleable condition, all items are inspected upon receipt);
+ The original tags (still attached) and with original packaging;
+ The completed returns form; and
+ The original invoice (this is emailed to you at the time of purchase or you can download it from your account tab)
Please make sure your tick all the above box for a return to be accepted. We also reserve the right to charge you for any postage costs incurred for returns should a return be declined

Please note, return shipping is at the customers expense.
We recommend using Registered and Insured post for returning items. Please allow up to 10 days after the arrived status for your return to be processed.
4. Saleable Condition
Return items must be brand new, clean, unworn, unused, unlaundered, no perfume, with hygiene stick if comes with, with original tag and packaging. This is to protect your health and the health of others. If Items with any signs of wear or unreported damage will be refused and returned back to the customer.
5. Returns Received
Upon receipt we will inspect the items and if they meet the requirements of our returns policy then a store credit will be issued and you will receive a email notification.
Plus Size Bras's reserves the right to refuse any item that does not meet health and hygiene regulations.
Due to the intimate nature of our products, all returned merchandise must be in clean, unworn, unused, unlaundered, no perfume, brand new condition, with original tag and packaging. Items with any signs of wear or unreported damage will be refused and returned back to the customer.
+ You can return most items for a store credit within 30 days of receiving your original order provided that:
+ All items must be unworn, unlaundered and in saleable condition(meet our 4.Saleable Condition)
+ All items will be inspected upon return. You're not able to return items for exchange - if you want to change an item for a different size or colour, you'll need to place a new order as all returned items are issued with a store credit
+ If you want to return swimwear you must try on over your own (full) briefs and the hygiene sticker must be attached
+ Do not wear perfume, powder or deodorant while trying on items, as they may stain the undergarment. Any items returned with traces of the above may be rejected upon receipt.
+ The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they're packed securely and can't get damaged in transit
+ Your returns must include the completed returns form, and invoice for the items and all original packaging (and tags attached)
+ Return/exchange of the "Exchange only item" range -Classic Corsettes range please contact us for instructions prior to sending it back.
The following items are non-refundable/non-exchangable
+ Accessories (including silicone bras)
+ Clearance items (Items sold at over 40-50% discount)
+ Briefs, underwear
+ Swimwear without an intact hygiene sticker
All items returned will be issued a same value store credit when the item is received and reprocessed. Remember if you are returning an item that had a postage promotion associated with it, you may not receive the full amount credited back to you if the remainder of the order does not qualify for the promotion.
Store Credit never expires.
Store credit can be used on any item in the store, including sales items.
