  • What bra sizes do you stock?

    We stock bras from 12D-32G.

    However, our bras range in size depending on the collection.

    Our own collection: 

    Underwire is: 12E-26F

    Wirefree is: 14DD-28DD

    and we stock other brands in sizes 12D-32G

  • Stock availability?

    We add new ranges to our online store frequently. Unfortunately some styles and sizes sell out faster than others. If you can’t see your size it's most likely we have sold out and it is no longer available. It is unlikely that we will restock a sold out item in the same colour or print however we do restock the same style.   • I don't know what size to buy?

    That's easy you can find the right size in one of two ways.

    1. Buy the size of your current bra. If you have a bra that fits you perfectly look at the label and buy that size with us. Unless otherwise stated all our sizes are standard.

    2. Take your measurements. We have some easy to follow instructions for taking your breast measurements. Once you have these you can purchase a bra that will fit you perfectly. To follow our sizing instructions click here.

  • I can't find my size.

    Although we do our best to restock our classic lines some items sell out in certain sizes faster than others. If you want a specific bra email us and we will see what we can do (a reorder may be on its way) or join our monthly newsletter to receives updates on when new stock arrives so you can be sure to never miss out on your size again. :)

    If you don’t mind the style of bra but are searching based on size simply type your size into the search bar and the items that come in that size will display. Please be aware this search result may include sold out items we’re working on removing sold out sizes from the search results.

  • How do I convert international bra sizes to Australia/New Zealand sizes? 

    The bra size and cup size conversion charts are located under the Size Guide menu. If an item is not a standard Australian size we include fitting information in the product description to help you decide on the best size for your shape. 

  • The item I bought doesn't fit me.

    Urgh! We hate that, but it's easy to fix.

    Simply return the item/s for a store credit. To learn more follow the instructions on our returns page.

    If you're still unsure about sizing try measuring yourself and if you are still unsure email us with your measurements and we will be happy to suggest alternative sizes.

  • How do I convert international bra sizes to Australia/New Zealand sizes?

    The bra size and cup size conversion charts are located under the Size Guide menu. We know it can be tricky sometimes; we try to include important fitting information within each product description to help you better understand the size of particular style.

  • What if I am using a bra extender, how do I convert to my correct bra size?

    If you are using a bra extender to wear your favourite bra it's easy to determine your new size. A bra extender is simply increasing the band size.

    If Imogine wears a size 20E with a bra extender and the cup size is ideal. What size bra should she buy?

    So Imogine wants a bra in a size 22. Imogine knows that the 20E (with the extender) is ideal and she doesn't want the cup size to increase so according to our sizing chart Imogine wants to buy her next bra as a 22D or 22DD.

  • How do I care for my bra?

    Caring for your bra is easy. We suggest washing after 2-3 wears. Most of our bras can be washed in the washing machine (on a gentle cycle) in a lingerie bag. If you don't have a lingerie bag and the bra you want to wash is delicate we suggest washing by hand in warm water with a mild detergent or soap. Do not wring as you might misshape your bra.

  • How can I pay?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and Direct Deposit. 

  • Where do you deliver? I live regionally/overseas can I still shop at Plus Size Bras?

    If you are based in Australia and you spend over $85, shipping is free! (Australia only)

    If you spend less then $85 then shipping starts at $7.50* in Australia

    Shipping to New Zealand starts at $14

    Shipping internationally starts from $19

  • When will my order be delivered?

    We process all cleared orders within 24 hours weekdays and 48 hours on weekends. Delivery timeframes depends on the option you choose at checkout. However please note that delivery periods do not include public holidays. 

    Monday-Friday

    All orders received before 2pm will be shipped same day.

    All orders received after 2pm will be shipped the following business day*

    *Orders received after 2pm Friday will be shipped Monday.

    Saturday-Sunday

    Orders received after 2pm Friday and over the weekend will be shipped Monday.

  • Have you received my returned item? 

    It can take up to 7 days for returns to reach us (depending on the postal service you use). Upon receipt we will credit your account within 48 hours; once we inspect the item and process the return.

  • Do you refund delivery charges for returns?

    No. delivery costs are excluded from returned goods unless the order was faulty or incorrect. This includes items that qualified for ‘free delivery’. For more information on our Returns Policy, just click here.

  • Is Plus Size Bras an Australian Company?

    Plus Size Bras is a proudly Australian owned and operated company. We are based in Melbourne, Australia. If you'd like to know more about us head to our about us page.

  • How do I use store credit?

    Step 1. Please login to www.plussizebras.com.au to use your store credit.

    Step 2. Once logged in go to "Gift Card" and it will show you the amount of credit you have. Start placing your new order and while you are checking out, look for the store credit/gift card checkbox at the bottom of the page.

    Step 3. Put a tick in the box to redeem your credit. Your store credit will be automatically deducted from your total order price.

  • When will my order be delivered if I live overseas? 

    Overseas orders are delivered via Australia Post E-parcel International. Overseas time-frames vary from 8- 21 days. If you haven't received your order after 21 days and are having trouble tracking it please contact us: info@plussizebras.com.au

  • How do I return an item?

    Returns are easy. Simply complete the return form and post back to us.*

    Best of all store credit never expires, we hope you return shortly but you can feel confident knowing that your store credit will be here if you log on in 6 weeks, 6 months or 2 years time. 

    *Please note we are unable to accept swimwear or underwear that has been tried on without underwear and the gusset protector intact. We also do not accept hosiery that is not in its original packaging.

  • How do I arrange an exchange?

    We’re unable to exchange an item for you ourselves. The fastest way is for you to return the (original) item. Upon receipt we will issue you a store credit that you can then use to purchase the new item. If you’re concerned that the replacement item may sell out. Email us and we will endeavor to reserve the item for you.
