We endeavourer to make sure that all products listed on our website are in stock. If an item you order is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order you will be notified within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item or a refund.

How much is delivery within Australia?
+ If you spend over $100, shipping is free! (Australia only)
+ If you spend less then $100, enjoy our discounted shipping rate at $9.50 (Australia only)
+ Express Post (Australia only) at $14.50 (for parcels less than 3kg) and delivery is guaranteed within 1-3 days
+ Orders under $100 have the shipping rates calculated automatically at checkout. The shipping price is calculated once the address fields have been completed
+ Classic Corselet Range excluded.
How much is delivery outside of Australia?
+ Shipping to New Zealand at flat rate of $14 (10-14 days+)
+ Shipping internationally from (1-10 items) at $19.00, and (11-20 items) at $29.00 (10-14 days+)
+ Every International package is tracked and requires your signature upon receipt. Due to the differences in international law, Plus Size Bras cannot predict customs charges, customs charges and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I track my package?
All packages include a tracking. When your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking number. Please make sure the email address you enter is correct.

Enter your tracking number and you can see your parcel in transit.
If your package is verified as lost or damaged in transit by the shipping company(Australia Post), we will work with you to replace the item at a discount to be determined at our discretion. If the tracking information lists the item as delivered correctly, it is the customer's responsibility to care for the package.
How long does delivery take?
Domestic order: All domestic order are sent by Australia Postal Service.
Standard: 3-6 working days+ for Metro (Country + 2 to 3 days)
Express 1-3 working days for Metro (Country + 2 to 3 days)
NZ order: All NZ order are sent by Australia Post Registered International Postal Service, the delivery time frame is around 8-14 days and if you would like to track your order please contact australia post or nz post for more detail.
International order: All international order are sent by Australia Post Registered International Postal Service, the delivery time frame is around 8-14 days and if you would like to track your order please contact australia post or your country post for more detail.

Will your website logo and name be displayed on the packaging?
No, we will not include or print our logo or name(Plus Size Bras Australia) on the packaging, it will be a plain packaging.
In order to protect our customers, Plus Size Bras monitors for potential credit card fraud and identity theft. We reserve the right to request additional information to verify the customer's identity. In cases where the order may be fraudulent, the package will not be shipped until the billing information has been successfully verified. Illegal and fraudulent orders are subject to legal action.
