Are You Wearing Breathable Briefs?

The majority of us wear underwear all day everyday. But most of us are none the wiser when it comes to knowing the harmful effects of the clothing we choose to wear.
Cotton is a natural fabric, where as fabrics like polyester and viscose are man made. Natural fabrics allow your skin to breathe – and that’s true when it comes to any item of clothing you wear on your body. Man made fabrics will often cause irritation, and make you sweat more, because the fibres don’t allow fresh air to get to your skin.
Do you own a particular sleeved top or blouse or jumper that makes you sweat so much more than you usually do? If the answer is yes, then take a look at the composition label, and chances are you’ll find it’s made from a man made material.
Some briefs are sold as “cotton briefs” when the reality is they are a cotton blend, and the cotton percentage can often be fairly low – meaning it’s just as bad as a brief that doesn’t have any cotton in it!
Get into the habit of checking the composition details before making a purchase. You should be aiming for at least 65% cotton when it comes to any mixed fabric.
Our range of cotton briefs are made up of 92% percent cotton, with a cotton lined gusset. These allow your skin to breathe, they’re also more hygienic, and they won’t cause any irritation to sensitive skin.
These come in a wide variety of colours, sizes, and packs to suit your needs. They offer comfort and full coverage, and the breathable cotton makes them perfect for those warm summer days.
Our briefs are also made using a super soft cotton which will feel wonderful against your skin.
Why not give them a try today and see if you notice the difference?
